The amount actually recognized depends on various factors including: the composition of the family unit; the type of intervention; the size of the property being renovated; duration of residence; income bracket.
Based on these criteria, the amount that can be obtained is recognized, from a minimum of 25,000 euros to a maximum of 70,000 euros.
