Teachers' salary, one-time bonus paid in March: dates and amount
Teachers' salaries will be increased thanks to the one-off bonus, which according to some rumours, is paid in the month of March.
The one-off bonus, like the arrears due thanks to the increase in the professional teaching salary (Rpd), is linked to the definitive renewal of the Education and Research Ccnl 2019-2021.
But how much is the one-off bonus? Who is entitled to it? When and how is it paid? The one-off allowance, which is due to teachers but also to ATA staff, should not be found in the NoiPa payslip but should be credited separately; being one-off means that it will not be due every month but only once.
Let's see who among the teachers will receive, in addition to the salary, the one-off bonus, the amount and the presumed credit date.
Teachers' salary, one-off bonus paid in March but not to all: amount Not all teachers will receive the one-off bonus together with their salary.
It is article 75 of the National Collective Labor Agreement on Education and Research 2019-2021 that establishes who is entitled to the one-off bonus which, according to what was anticipated by the unions, should take place in the month of March.
In detail, the one-off bonus is available to teachers and ATA staff: with permanent contracts; with a fixed-term contract lasting one year or until the end of the teaching activities.
The same teachers must have served in the 2022-2023 school year.
Those who had an annual substitute contract, however, in order to obtain the one-off emolument must have started the employment relationship by 31 December 2022.
For part-time staff, the one-off bonus is paid in proportion to the hours worked expected.
As regards the amount of the one-off bonus, this is equal to: 63.84 euros for teachers; 44.11 euros for ATA staff.
In the month of March, we remind you, teachers, as well as ATA staff, should also receive with a special issue the arrears due to the increase in the professional teaching salary (Rpd) which will undergo an increase from January 2022.
The increase is was also introduced by the Ccnl Education and Research 2019-2021; the arrears due to ATA staff, however, concern the increase in the additional individual compensation (Cia).

Also for the one-off bonus, as for arrears, there should be a special issue whose presence teachers can take note of by consulting the reserved area of the NoiPa platform in the "Payment consultation" section.
The special issue should arrive by the middle of the month and the due date should be set for the end of March, generally around the 27th and 28th days and therefore before Easter.
Obviously these are hypotheses that can only be confirmed with in-depth checks in due time.
What we would like to recommend to teachers is to periodically check the personal area of NoiPa and see if there is a special issue for the one-off bonus.
As for arrears, the credit is made to the IBAN code of the current account communicated to the ministry or subsequently modified.
This applies mainly to temporary teachers who are not currently working but who had a contract in the 2022-2023 school year and who would therefore be entitled to the one-off bonus.
