War Israel, one step away from the abyss: US ready to strike Iran
The bombing of the Gaza hospital could be the Sarajevo gun of a new world war.
At 7 pm on Tuesday a missile hit the structure causing the death of 500 people, including many women and children, according to Palestinian sources.
There is an ongoing debate regarding the paternity of the massacre, with Israel denying that it had bombed the hospital, instead pointing the finger at Islamic Jihad who struck the facility by mistake and posted a video that would prove the matter; Hamas, on the other hand, has no doubts about the responsibility of the Israeli army also because a rocket can hardly cause such damage.
If before the bombing of the hospital there were high fears of the outbreak of a third world war, now the situation seems to be on the verge of worsening irremediably: in Jordan the crowd attempted to attack the Israeli embassy, with pro- Palestine which were also held in Tunisia, Turkey, Lebanon, Iran and Iraq where the USA allegedly foiled an attack on one of their bases.
The words of many government leaders were also harsh, with Recep Tayyip Erdogan strongly condemning the incident: “Hitting a hospital with women, children and innocent civilians is the latest example of Israeli attacks devoid of the most basic human values.
I call on all humanity to take action to stop this unprecedented brutality in Gaza.” Turkey, it must be remembered, is a member of NATO.
Iran spoke of a "war crime" while Jordan "strongly condemns Israel's attack on the Gaza hospital".
Ursula von der Leyen, on the other hand, wants confirmation of responsibility for the attack before speaking, while in the United States questions are being raised about Joe Biden's planned visit to Israel.

Even before the bombing of the hospital in Gaza, the military maneuvers of the United States in the Mediterranean made us think of an imminent world war, a real nightmare that is becoming dramatically more and more real in these hours.
In recent days there has been much talk about the turn of the American aircraft carrier Gerald R.
Ford which is now reportedly in the waters near Cyprus; now, however, a second aircraft carrier is on the way, the Dwight D.
Eisenhower.
A deployment of forces which for many analysts would be much more than a simple deterrent move against Iran and Lebanon.
In fact, the official explanation is that the USA is trying in every way to keep the two countries out of this war, given that only Hezbollah would have 100,000 rockets available to launch towards Israel.
However, there is a small detail that is overlooked by us.
Together with the aircraft carrier Gerald R.
Ford, other American naval ships equipped with Tomahawk missiles would also be in the same waters, capable of hitting a target even at a distance of 1,600 kilometers potentially with a nuclear warhead.
In essence, the US would keep Iran in its sights: if Tehran were to go to war against Israel, the Americans could immediately strike Iranian territory to defend their historic ally.
With the conflict in Ukraine as a backdrop, never before have we been one step away from the abyss.
