Super bonuses, mobile bonuses and first home discounts expiring on 31 December: new for 2024
Home benefits in turmoil, given the upcoming deadlines on 31 December 2023 and the news that await us in 2024.
Attention, at the moment, is focused on mobile bonuses, superbonuses and first home benefits for which, in some cases, deadlines apply at the end of 2023, in others, however, big changes are expected in 2024.
All of this, obviously, provided that there are no last-minute extensions in the 2024 Budget Law, which currently does not provide for them.

The spending limit of 8,000 euros on which to benefit from the 50% deduction driven by the renovation bonus, in fact, ends up being reduced at the end of the year, from 1 January 2024, to the maximum deductible limit of 5,000.
From 2024, therefore, the maximum deduction due for those who purchase furniture and large appliances will drop from 4,000 to 2,500 euros.
No changes, however, are expected for the restructuring bonus and the ecobonus which remain unchanged for next year as they have been extended until 31 December 2024 without changes.
Green house bonus expiring Another home concession that is nearing completion is the green house bonus, expiring on 31 December 2023.
You can benefit from the 50% VAT deduction on the purchase from builders of properties that fall within in energy class A or B.
For those who are about to purchase this type of property, it would be worth hurrying up and completing the purchase by the end of 2023, so as not to lose the right to the deduction.
The superbonus changes again in 2024 No more 110% and 90% rates for condominiums with the superbonus, benefits that will end on 31 December 2023.
From 1 January 2024 the deduction rate for condominiums goes to 70%.
Also expiring at the end of 2023 is the Superbonus for villas and single-family homes, both the 110% version, extended several times during the year, and the 90% version scheduled only for this year for families with income not exceeding 15,000 euros.
Please remember, however, that the 110% rate will remain in force throughout 2024 and 2025 for those carrying out work in seismic areas.

The benefit was confirmed, in fact, only for the request for mortgages with a State guarantee for those under 36, but not for the discount on the registration tax, for the mortgage and cadastral tax to which was also added the tax credit for the 'it goes.
From 1 January 2024, therefore, the enhanced first home bonus under 36 will cease as regards the elimination of taxes (which will return to the expected ordinary reduction, but the elimination will no longer be recognised) but will remain active on the mortgage side.
This is provided that no last minute changes occur in the Budget Law.
