Martina Oliviero, who is the manager of the well-known confectionery company and how much does she earn
Martina Oliviero is the manager of the well-known Oliviero confectionery company, an Italian leader in the production of nougat and chocolate based in Monteforte Irpino.
The young woman at the helm of the family business was also the protagonist of the first episode of the new edition of "Boss in Incognito", where in disguise she got involved alongside the employees.
On this occasion we were able to discover the Oliviero company from the inside, looking beyond the success and the products loved by many Italians.
The personal stories of the employees have fully revealed a careful, balanced and meritocratic corporate reality that gives space to workers with health, family and economic difficulties without leaving anyone behind and against any discrimination.
Martina Oliviero herself played the part of a new employee struggling with the job, being able to get to know the collaborators better and subsequently fulfilling the requests they had confided in her without knowing her identity.
The episode, which will be broadcast as a repeat this evening, in addition to the manager's empathetic qualities, also highlights part of her professional and personal history.
This is who Martina Oliviero is and how much she earns at the helm of the company.
Who is Martina Oliviero and how much does she earn Martina Oliviero, 30 years old, is the manager of the family confectionery company together with her father Filippo and her sister Annachiara, 3 years older and with a degree in Food Technology.
The latter therefore deals with the research and development of new products, while Martina has defined herself as a Jolly.
Among its tasks, the definition of the organization, production, investments and financing, but also of human resources and staff recruitment.
Together with an external company, Martina Oliviero also manages marketing and communications.
Commitments that take several hours away from her free time, but which do not prevent her from pursuing her passions for travel and sport.
During an interview for Il Corriere, she also released a few brief words about her personal life, saying that she was engaged but for the moment very focused on her career and her professional achievement, as she was about to go live alone.
Her commitment to the company required a lot of sacrifice, which she however describes with joy and satisfaction.
Martina Oliviero, in fact, has been working in the company founded by her great-grandfather in 1910 since the age of 18, when her father spoke with her and her sister about the intention to expand the company's growth.
The family's purpose has undoubtedly been kept, as the confectionery company racks up one milestone after another.
The Monteforte Irpino plant extends over 10,000 square meters and produces more than 5,000 quintals of nougat every year and uses 8,000 quintals of chocolate.
A total turnover of around 20 million euros, with 35% of production destined for internationalization (Oliviero exports products to 18 countries, including Australia and Japan) and the remainder to the Italian market.
So how much does Martina Oliviero earn? Impossible to hypothesize precise numbers, but certainly very dignified.
As she herself said, she, her sister and her father have equal shares in the company.
The latter recorded a turnover of 19,896,656.00 euros in 2022, but the public data relating to 2023 is not yet publicly available.
We know, however, that this year it has 105 employees (plus 35 seasonal workers, with 80% of female shares) and a share capital of 830,000.00 euros.
The profit, again relating to 2022, was instead 1,208,280.00 euros.
The company was also recognized in the "Industria Felix 2023" award which lists it as the best company for management performance and financial reliability in Campania.
A growing popularity that makes Oliviero among the Italian businesses most appreciated by the public, thanks to shared values, care of employees and attention to the valorization of the territory.
