How to Claim the 400 Euro Air Conditioner Bonus

To access the up to 400 euro bonus for an air conditioner, one must participate in Daikin’s Cashback initiative.
Depending on the product type and its consumption, customers must purchase a qualifying Daikin air conditioner between May 27th and July 6th, with consumption monitored until March 31st, 2025 to receive a proportional refund.

Steps to Obtain the Bonus

The first step is to buy one or more air conditioners from the list of eligible models.
Subsequently, customers must:

– Download the Daikin Onecta app (available on App Store or Play Store) within 30 days of purchase.
– Register the promoted product on the app for consumption monitoring.
– Create an account on the Stand by Me platform managed by Sdm società benefit Srl.
This process includes providing details like the product model, Mac address, uploading the purchase proof, agreeing to terms, accessing the created profile, clicking on “Redeem your cashback,” entering additional data, including the bank account (IBAN) for the refund, which must be in the buyer’s name, and reviewing the guidelines.

The original purchase proof must be retained until the refund is credited.
The app must stay connected to the device by March 31st, 2025 for heating consumption refunds and by September 30th, 2024 for cooling consumption refunds.

Calculation of Refunds

The maximum refund is 400 euros per device or 800 euros for multiple qualifying products purchased by the same entity.
The calculation is based on consumption at a rate of 0.30 euro per kWh, capped according to the product model.
