Muschio Selvaggio is by Luis Sal and not by Fedez.
This was the decision taken by the Court of Milan, with judge Amina Simonetti who could thus have put an end to the dispute between the two over the management of the popular podcast.
For those who don't know, Muschio Selvaggio is a podcast born in 2020 and – until January 2023 – hosted by Fedez and the YouTuber Luis Sal.
After the argument between the two, only Chiara Ferragni's husband continued to host the various episodes and was then joined starting last May by Davide Marra.
In addition to the personal controversies – it is certainly not the best of times for Fedez given the rumors of a break-up with his wife -, the two artists have also moved on to the official papers between requests for damages and the controversy over the management of Muschio Selvaggio srl, the company who edits the Podcast.
With the order issued last February 23, the Court of Milan has now decreed that "Luis Sal's company has the right to take over the shares of Fedez's company, thus disempowering the latter in the management of the podcast" as he announced a note released by the YouTuber's press office.
Fedez could soon be forced to sell the shares he owns in Muschio Selvaggio srl, while also being ousted from managing the podcast he has been hosting for four years.

Biography and assets of the YouTube star Muschio Selvaggio: what Fedez will lose The decision of the Court of Milan regarding the issue between Fedez and Luis Sal concerning Muschio Selvaggio, all revolves around the functioning of the "Russian roulette" statutory clause present in the statute social of society.
“The roulette clause – reports Ansa – is a clause taken from American and English legal systems which provides that, in the event of a stalemate of the company (in particular in 50/50 companies), one of the two partners has the right to make an offer to buy the other shareholder's shares.
However, if the latter refuses, he is the first to have to sell the shares.
The mechanism is deliberately created to prevent unfair negotiations." At the end of last year Fedez activated this clause to buy back the shares in the hands of Luis Sal, but the YouTuber's "surprise" decision to refuse "officially put him in the position of buyer of the shares" in the hands of the rapper.
Ansa thus reports that "faced with a fait accompli, Fedez however refused to submit to the statutory rules (to which he had also obliged himself with the constitution of the company), contesting the functioning of the clause and refusing to sell", but now the Court of Milan agreed with Luis Sal.
The note issued by the YouTuber's press office added that now "it is Fedez's responsibility to determine whether he intends to comply with the court ruling, consequently selling his shares before a notary, or whether he wishes to ignore the decision, thus forcing Luis Sal to resort to legal proceedings again to obtain a sentence that will force Fedez to sell his shares and, consequently, to withdraw (permanently) from the management of the podcast".
In all this the question is: how much is Wild Moss worth? To try to give an answer we can refer to what was written in June 2023 by Affari Italiani regarding an appraisal ordered by Zdf, Fedez's company.
Obviously both companies had to have an appraisal drawn up for the conferred asset: the one ordered by Zdf, signed by the Milanese accounting firm Ballarati & Soci, highlights "with the simple equity method", a value of the conferred business branch equal to at 31,519.81 euros.
With this value, therefore, Fedez subscribed to the capital increase, maintaining its 50%, but without paying a single euro.
Luis' podcast business was valued by the accountant Pierpaolo Matteo Meriggi but the total value was significantly lower than that of Fedez's company, and equal to 8,250.94 euros.
Thus, in order to subscribe to the increase and maintain its share, Luisolve had to pay 23,268 euros in addition to contributing the asset.
Basically, according to the appraisal, Muschio Selvaggio would be worth less than 40,000 euros, nothing if we think of Fedez's assets, but for the singer the worst blow would undoubtedly be having to abandon the podcast which he has hosted for 136 episodes so far.
