Ministry of Justice: New Job Opportunities for Graduates

The competition launched by the RIPAM Commission for the Ministry of Justice aims to hire 3,946 non-managerial staff members for the Officials Area, with the position of Office Assistant for the judicial process.
This is the second wave of recruitment provided by Pnrr following the 2021 intake to further strengthen the contingent of qualified support staff for preparatory judicial proceedings.

Requirements and Application Process for the Process Office Contest

The competition is open to graduates in legal, economic, or political and social sciences fields.
It’s a great opportunity for graduating students who have completed their last exam, as long as they obtain their degree within 60 days from today.

A total of 3,946 positions are available in various Courts of Appeal in different Italian provinces.
Here is the breakdown of the positions:

• – Court of Cassation: 95 units
• – Ancona Court of Appeal District: 51 units
• – Bari Court of Appeal District: 121 units
• – Bologna Court of Appeal District: 196 units

To apply for the competition, candidates need to meet the following requirements:

• – Italian citizenship
• – Legal age
• – Enjoyment of civil and political rights
• – No criminal convictions
• – Physical fitness
• – Possession of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in legal, economic, or political and social sciences

The deadline to submit the application is by 23.59 on April 26, 2024, through the Inpa portal of the Public Administration.
Applicants need Spid or Cie credentials to access the portal.

Competition Phases

The competition will involve the evaluation of qualifications and a written test.
The written test, the same for all competition codes, will consist of a 40 multiple-choice questions test to be solved in 60 minutes.
The maximum score is 30 points.
The subjects of the questions include Public Law, Judicial Organization, and English Language.

After the written test, the examining committee will draw up the final merit ranking for each competition code.
The contract offered is for a fixed term.
