In a video shared on Instagram shortly before her arrest, Thunberg stated, “Students Against Occupation and I are in the administration building of the University of Copenhagen,” highlighting their protest against the university’s cooperation with Israeli institutions.

Reportedly, Greta is among six individuals arrested by Danish police during the demonstration, expected to be released following standard interrogations.

This isn’t Thunberg’s first encounter with law enforcement; earlier in 2023, she faced similar circumstances in Germany.
However, her current protests shift focus from environmental issues to advocating for Palestinian rights.
