Teachers' salary: 2024 arrears visible on NoiPa, but the service does not work. How to check
It is now official: teachers' salaries will be increased in March by the 2024 arrears.
The arrears amounts are visible on NoiPa even if the consultation service is not working at the moment.
Part of the platform created by the Department of General Administration of Personnel and Services (Dag) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) for the management of public administration personnel is inaccessible and in fact NoiPa published a notice today.
When will it be possible to check whether teachers' arrears are present and how can I view the amount? The platform has not yet given specific indications on the timing.
Users, therefore, could find themselves in difficulty with viewing backlogs and not only teachers, but also ATA staff.
The 2024 arrears, like those of 2022/2023, are also linked to the renewal of the 2019-2021 National Collective Labor Agreement for Education and Research and concern the professional teaching salary (Rpd) which has undergone an increase from January 2022.
For ATA staff, however, the arrears concern the increase in the additional individual compensation (Cia).
Let's see how and where to check the amounts of the 2024 arrears for an increase in teachers' salaries once the NoiPa platform is fully functional again.

Arrears will be paid via a special deferred payment issue and teachers can check whether this is visible in the reserved area of the platform.
NoiPa communicated, with a note dated March 13, that part of the site is not working.

Appropriate communication will be given regarding the reopening of the complete functionality of the portal at the end of the ongoing interventions.
Also for this month, as already happened in January, it is precisely the function that allows you to view the details of the salary amounts, and therefore also the arrears, that is inhibited.
The amounts, according to estimates by the Flc Cgil, just to give a few examples, range from 247.20 euros for teachers with less than 14 years of service to over 300 euros for those with more than 28 years of service.
The first two months of the year in the order of a few tens of euros are also added to the 2022/2023 arrears recognized in 2024.
Not just the Rpd, because teachers are also entitled to a one-off bonus for the last school year.
The arrears, as well as the one-off bonus, are not only paid to permanent teachers but also to teachers with fixed-term contracts.
