This is a question many educators who have successfully completed their probation year are asking.
As of September 1, these teachers officially hold a permanent contract.
As the new school year has started, many teachers appointed from September 1, 2024, are expressing their concern about not receiving their salary for the previous month.
They are eager to know when the payment will come and if there will be delays in the October salary as well.
The beginning of the 2024/2025 school year has been tumultuous, with ongoing competitions for teaching positions, a backlog of vacancies, delays from school offices, and errors in the algorithm applied for teacher appointments.
Many educators, having transitioned out of precarious positions, are now waiting for the steady income they anticipated.
Teachers newly appointed are still waiting for their salaries.
Social media, especially Facebook groups, are full of testimonials from those who were expecting a resolution to their pay situation.
A recent post from a newly appointed teacher indicated communications from the NoiPa platform.
It seems that the ordinary payment for October, set for Wednesday the 23rd, will only include those teachers whose contracts were uploaded onto the platform by October 1.
For those whose contracts were uploaded later, a special issuance in October may provide hope, but confirmation will only come after October 18.
NoiPa has suggested that teachers check the payroll services on the platform from October 19 onward.
If the salary payments are included in this special issuance for October, newly appointed teachers in 2024 might expect to see their salaries, including arrears from September and October, by Monday, October 28.
From November onward, the payments are expected to be regular.
However, it all hinges upon when the contracts were uploaded and if they have been verified by NoiPa.
Many newly appointed teachers are reporting difficulties in viewing their permanent contracts on the NoiPa website.
Some educators indicate that even if the contract isn’t visible, verification with a support operator may show it has been accepted, hinting at a potential salary payment.
However, contracts for permanent positions are not displayed on the NoiPa platform; consequently, reaching out to NoiPa’s customer service is wise for teachers to confirm the status of their contracts.
To ascertain the arrival of their salaries in October, newly appointed teachers are encouraged to contact NoiPa regarding their contract status and to wait until the 19th of the month to check the platform for special payment listings, including any overdue salary payments.
