The building aims to achieve LEED Platinum certification, emphasizing sustainability.
It will also be the first project in Latin America to incorporate a Tuned Mass Damper (TMD), a state-of-the-art system designed to minimize vibrations in tall, slender structures.
The project has received the green light from city authorities, and if all goes according to plan, construction could begin in early 2025, lasting several years.
The investment of half a billion dollars is significant; with some units already selling for 15 million each, the anticipated profits for investors are substantial.
