Euro 2024 Revenue Overview

On the revenue side, UEFA anticipates a total income of €2.4 billion from Euro 2024, with projected costs not exceeding €1.2 billion.
This estimates a net revenue of €1.2 billion, while the tournament winner is set to receive €28 million.

Looking back at Euro 2020 held in England in 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, UEFA incurred costs of €1.2 billion, with total revenues reaching €1.6 billion, resulting in a net profit of €600 million.
With the pandemic behind us, profits are expected to double.

Germany also foresees significant economic and image-related benefits from hosting Euro 2024, with approximately 7 million tourists expected.
UEFA reported receiving 50 million ticket requests, which could boost consumption, especially in sectors like beer sales, accommodation, and merchandise.
