Ccnl Commercio 2024, levels, remuneration and seniority increases

In these hours the contract renewal of the Ccnl Commerce was signed, with salary increases (and one-offs) arriving for the workers involved.
It should be underlined, however, that there is not just one Ccnl Commercio: the one just renewed, in fact, is the one signed by the employers' associations Confcommercio and Confesercenti, but there are also others (which however involve a small group of workers) such as that of Unilavoro.
The remuneration depends on the type of Ccnl Commerce applied, as do the rules on hours and permits (although on the regulatory side there are who knows what differences between one contract and another).
However, the distinction into 7 levels of classification (with the addition of middle managers), plus another 2 for sales operators, is common to all trade collective bargaining agreements.
Let's start from here to understand which workers are usually employed with the Ccnl Commerce, as well as what are the characteristics of each level of classification with the relative remuneration received.
Ccnl Commerce Levels of classification Ccnl Commerce Working hours How much you earn Net salary Increases in seniority Levels of classification Ccnl Commerce As anticipated, the classification of workers between the various levels of Ccnl Commerce unites all the national contracts currently applied in this sector.

It is important to underline that the tasks performed must be relevant to the assigned level.
Otherwise the rule is that in the case of employment for a period exceeding 3 months with duties higher than those foreseen by the classification level, automatic passage to the higher level is foreseen.
Working hours Usually in the Ccnl Commerce there are 40 hours of work per week, around 39 or 38 if we consider the absorption of Rol permits or those recognized for former holidays.
Each worker accrues 26 days of holiday per year, in addition to 56 hours of leave (72 hours in the case of companies with more than 15 employees).
However, in the first 2 years of employment the Rol permits do not accrue: after which 50% is due until the fourth year of activity, to then be recognized 100% for the continuation of the career.

The net salary The figures indicated in the aforementioned tables are to be considered gross.
To get an answer on how much you get net, therefore, you have to remove contributions (usually the share paid by the worker is equal to 9.19% but you have to consider the relief currently in force) and taxes.
We can simplify by saying that usually the net is equivalent to around 60% of the gross, with the percentage increasing for the lower salaries and otherwise reducing for the higher ones.
For example, for a second category sales operator the net is approximately 1,200 euros net, while for a level IV it is 1,450 euros.
The net salary of a first level is approximately 1,840 euros.

For each step the salary increases by a certain amount (always gross) for each month (with effect from the first day of the immediately following month), as specified in the following table.
