How much does the salary increase for trade, services and tertiary sectors?

After a long wait, the agreement was found for the renewal of the CCNL Trade, which will affect over 3 million workers in the tertiary, commerce, distribution and services sectors.
The trade unions have found a compromise with the employers, which will be examined by the workers, on a fully operational increase for the IV level of 240 euros per month, against the 150 euros foreseen by Confcommercio and Confesercenti before the mobilisations.
Filcams, Fisacat and Uiltucs have thus signed the agreement, renewing the contract which expired 5 years ago and which should now be valid until March 2027.
A one-off compensation of 350 euros has also been provided for the contractual holiday, which adds to that already paid in 2023.

The employer's contribution to the supplementary health care fund rises to 3 euros per month, while that for the Quas supplementary health fund for managers rises to 20 euros per month.
The classification of sector professional profiles has also been updated, merging some existing ones and introducing new ones, including social media worker, SEO specialist, Web content strategist, 3D graphic designer and hi-tech market analysts.
