From 9 November 2023 at 12:00 and until 23 November 2023, the platform for requesting the Bonus for car charging stations for domestic use installed from 1 January 2023 to 23 November 2023 is open.
The contributions for installations carried out by 4 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 could be requested from 19 October 2023 to 2 November 2023, the platform was subsequently closed and is now reopened for new requests.
The available funds are 40 million euros.
The Charging Station Bonus aims to encourage sustainable mobility through the use of electric vehicles.
It is aimed at private individuals, including condominiums, who install charging stations for private use and it is a non-repayable contribution.

The charging station bonus is an incentive for the implementation of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 4 August 2022 (article 1, paragraph 1, letter a) and art.
12, paragraph 3 of the legislative decree of 29 December 2022, n.
198, converted with amendments with law 24 February 2023, n.
14).
Individuals and condominiums can submit the application to access the charging station bonus.
For the former, the eligible spending limit is 1,500 euros, while for the latter the limit is raised to 8,000 euros.
Expenses eligible for the non-repayable contribution.
Expenses incurred for: the purchase and implementation of charging infrastructures can be subsidized, including – where necessary – expenses for the installation of charging stations, electrical systems, construction works strictly necessary, the systems and devices for monitoring; design, works management, safety and testing; costs for connection to the electricity grid, through the activation of a new POD (point of delivery).
However, expenses for: duties, taxes and charges of any kind are not permitted; consultancy, with the exception of that provided for in letter b) of the decree; expenses for land and buildings; purchase of services other than those provided for by the implementing decree even if functional to the installation; costs relating to building permits, construction and operation.
How to submit the application for the charging station bonus Those who have incurred expenses for the installation of car charging stations for private use in the period between 1 January 2023 and on November 23, 2023 they can submit the application via the Invitalia platform.
In order to register correctly, you need to have a digital identity (Spid, Cie or Cns) and a certified email address.
The application must be submitted using the columns final bonus report form which can be downloaded below.
It is also necessary to: indicate the applicant's tax code and identity document; copy of the electronic invoices relating to the purchase and installation of the charging infrastructure; suitable certification of conformity issued by an installer, certifying the successful installation of the infrastructure; current account to which the sums are requested to be credited.
Please remember that payments must be made through a current account in the name of the beneficiary and exclusively by means of bank transfers or by SEPA Credit Transfer, finally, by credit or debit card in the name of the beneficiary of the contribution.
Applications can be submitted from November 9, 2023, 12:00 to November 23, 12:00.
This is not a real click day given the amount of resources available, but it is advisable to submit the application as soon as possible since they will be examined until the funds are exhausted.
