As a rule, the ISEE only includes family members who live together and the relevant information can only be consulted by those directly involved, as well as obviously by the INPS, unless the latter share it.
Non-cohabiting parents who find themselves in certain conditions, however, are an exception to this general rule.
In cases where the minor ISEE or the university ISEE is required to access the benefits, in fact, the income and assets of the non-cohabiting parent are also taken into consideration for the calculations, according to specific parameters, unless it falls within some exceptions.
What not everyone knows, however, is that this relationship does not only remain in the INPS database and the income and asset data are visible on both sides.
In other words, it is possible to spy on the income of the non-cohabiting parent from the ISEE, provided that the latter is considered as an attracted or additional component.
So let's see what you need to know and how to do it.
Can I see the income and assets of the non-cohabiting parent? As anticipated, non-cohabiting parents both affect their children's ISEE, obviously to a different extent.
This does not happen when the parents are married because, even if they do not live together, they have a single Isee.
Reference is therefore made to non-cohabiting and unmarried parents, for whom their ordinary ISEE does not coincide with that of their children necessary for the benefits and benefits (among all, the single and universal allowance for dependent children).

In particular, the non-cohabiting parent is attracted with his income and assets into the child's family unit (for the purposes of receiving the expected benefits) unless he is in one of these conditions: he is married to a person different from the other parent; has children with someone other than the other parent; pays periodic child support payments as determined by the court; a judge's ruling caused his parental rights to lapse; the competent authority, through the local social services, has ascertained his emotional and economic estrangement from his children.
These situations are not entirely similar, in fact if the non-cohabiting parent is married to a person other than the other parent or has children with another person, he or she is still considered minor children in the ISEE, but in a reduced percentage.
In these cases we speak of an additional component, while in other cases the ISEE for minors coincides with the ordinary ISEE of the cohabiting parent and the other does not affect it.
When the non-cohabiting parent is present as an additional or attracted member, the other parent can actually spy on his/her assets and income data, but not only that.
The non-cohabiting parent also has access to the children's ISEE, accompanied by the ordinary ISEE of the other parent.

How to spy on the income of the non-cohabiting parent from the ISEE It may seem like a complex or incorrect procedure, but in reality knowing the income and assets of the other parent is really very simple, as well as permitted by the INPS.
In particular, the parent who lives with their children can view this data directly from their ISEE certificate.
To find it, simply access the reserved area of the INPS website or mobile application (with a digital identity) and the "ISEE Single Portal" section.
You then download the document, which on the last page indicates the data of the additional or attracted component and then the consequent minor ISEE.
The other parent can also follow the same procedure, viewing among their declarations the ISEE of the cohabiting parent and that of the non-cohabiting minor children in whom they appear as an additional or attracted component.
In this case, you have the complete certification with all the useful items, while the cohabiting parent sees only the indicator resulting from the counts on their ISEE.
Obviously, this procedure only works if a minor (or university) ISEE has been requested, declaring the presence of a non-cohabiting parent and indicating the protocol number of his/her DSU.
