The National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) has recently announced new job opportunities for 577 full-time permanent positions.
The job openings, published on the inPA portal, aim to address the need for rejuvenation of staff and to cover staff shortages in the central and territorial structures of the institution.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for August 12th.

To achieve this, INAIL aims to renew and strengthen its human capital, essential to ensure an effective delivery of services.
The recruitment campaign, promoted under the slogan “Let’s build a safe job together,” marks the first step after years of hiring freezes that have led to a significant aging of the average age of employees and important staff shortages.
INAIL is looking for 577 new professional figures.
The available profiles are divided into different categories, each with specific requirements and requested skills.
The sought-after profiles are, for example:
– Legal professionals – 9 positions.
Requirements include a degree in Law and registration with the Bar Association.
– Technical Consultants for Construction – 36 positions.
Requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and professional qualification.
– Health and Safety Technical Consultants – 33 positions.
Requirements include a degree in Engineering or Occupational Medicine with a specialization in workplace safety.
– Technologists – 83 positions.
Requirements include a degree in scientific or technical disciplines.
– Researchers – 108 positions.
Requirements include a PhD or a specialist degree with research experience.
– Administrative Officials – 293 positions.
Requirements include a degree in economic, legal, or administrative disciplines.
– Social Workers – 15 positions.
Requirements include a degree in Social Services and registration with the Social Workers’ Association.
The selection process for the different professional profiles generally includes a written test and an oral exam.
The written test aims to assess the candidate’s technical and specific skills, while the oral exam evaluates not only technical knowledge but also communication and relational skills.

The registration, completion, and online submission of the application must be completed within thirty days from the day following the publication of the notice, or by August 12, 2024.
